This one of a kind, up-cycled mini dress is made with lace, tulle, satin, and chiffon, oh my!
Bodice is fully sheer and lightly stretchy with side lace panels and sheer chiffon on back with a lovely front middle panel of turquoise satin, edged with scalloped black lace.
Stretchy spaghetti straps show even more skin while the top edge of the bodice is accented with elegant black lace.
Finished off with a double ruffle pettiskirt/tutu skirt, hand-gathered with yards and yards of tulle that will make you want to twirl all night long.
Top skirt edging is ruffled with black lace trim on top and soft black cotton underneath.
